Above is the stock image of my new utility cart! It has arrived to make my studio days much much easier. At the moment I am still using an upturned bucket as a step stool. Which I have almost fallen off of three times.
I feel like I have finally broken through the "threshold of pain" with the current two paintings. I found myself getting too precious with the work I had done to this point, and had to make some necessary decisions. For instance, there is some smoke arching over "castle pinkskull", and a few more trees in the "arson" painting. There are likely more on the way.
There was also a theoretical digression last week, but I will spare you.
