Man, I gotta tell you, I really like these paintings. I love the whimsy with super-tight construction. They are really good. Also love seeing the drawings on the blog.

how big are the ones done before this Philly show?

Thanks Watie!
The paintings are all 14" x 18" except for "Blood Necklace" which is 30" x 40".
These drawings have been very pleasurable to make.

I agree with watie that it's great to see the drawings. I wonder if you could share information about how you are photographing them--the backgrounds look so evenly lit, no distortion in the rectangle, etc.
Congratulations on this series--very wonderful to see how they are developing. I'm also a little unclear about the sizes of the paintings--are the smaller ones meant to be predella pieces for the larger ones? sjw

The drawings are scanned when possible.
The "Predella" paintings are unto themselves. Maybe in the future I will go through with an actual, or a few, altarpieces. That would be pretty wild!
