Here is a progress report. On the left is the "arson" painting, and center is the "battle" painting. It's still so early in the process that I am just trying to put the right patches of color in the right place. Compositionally they are set. For the moment anyway. p.s. I think I am going to try and get all Titian on that tree on the left.
