In this economy, and especially facing a National Guard lock down in DC, I am thinking about what provisions to surround myself with. This delicious and scandalously cheap bottle of wine springs to mind. The Stump Jump. It's a pretty standard 'Rhone blend' (Syrah, Grenache, Mouvedre) from Australia, but for 8-10 bones!
