Non-Retired but Tired

I have retired to the studio for the past week to do some drawing and get my head right. I pretty mechanically laid out a new still-life composition as well as further developed a new Cinecitta painting with a great debt to Domenico Veniziano. Thanks Domenico! I will post images of one or the other ASAP.

I am realizing the different ways that cowboys exercise my brain. It is really taxing my capacity for imagining. Imagine! I have to steal even more ideas from other painters, sculptors, and architects!

I have also been wasting a lot of time watching Mark Kostabi's show "Title This" formerly "Name that Painting". Production value has dramatically increased over the years. It's pretty entertaining.
